Self storage is an affordable option for storing your belongings. It is different from a warehouse in that YOU maintain complete control of the moving and storing process and YOU are responsible for locking and controlling access to your storage unit.
Tenant is responsible for insuring their own belongings. Store at your own risk.
Storm damage, hail, wind, flood, theft, pest damage... these things can happen at your home and they can happen here too so plan accordingly!

For a complete list of storage policies and requirements, please contact our manager during business hours to view our self storage rental agreement. It will contain the entire requirements and agreement for storage.
Refund Policy
Rental Agreements are on a month to month basis with a one (1) month minimum term. You may use the space for a few days, a few weeks or all month however we do not pro-rate rent or offer refunds for unoccupied units or early move-outs.
You can return your purchase of locks, boxes and moving supplies for up to 30 days from the purchase date for a refund. Returned products must be in unused condition and in the original box and/or packaging if applicable. Refund will be for actual price paid with the exception of bulk discount offers in which case non-discounted pricing will apply to all unreturned merchandise and the refund will be for the difference between the amount paid and the non-discounted merchandise total.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Online Account Service ("Service") offered by the Lessor in your SELF SERVICE STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service you acknowledge that you are the Tenant or authorized party as described in your SELF SERVICE STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms then you may not access the Service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you signed a SELF SERVICE STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT prior to the availability of this Service or the agreement did not contain a provision for using this Service then these Terms ammend the change of mailing address, email address and contact phone numbers requirement in that agreement. This Service allows you to update your mailing address, email address and contact phone numbers under "Account Settings" and you expressly acknowledge and agree that by changing your mailing address or email address or contact phone numbers with this Service, those changes will become your contact information of record to be used for all notice requirements contained in your SERVICE STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Lessor may send notice to any and/or all previous addresses on file but is under no requirement or obligation to do so.
Access to this Service requires a valid storage unit number, gate access code, username and password and it is your duty to keep this information confidential. Contact our rental office as soon as posible if you suspect your access credentials have been compromised.
The Service is a courtesy to tenants leasing storage units and relies on a 3rd party software vendor. The Service may be changed, updated or terminated at any time without notice. If the Service is terminated, all provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination without limitation.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Lessors failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
